李晓榕，1959年出生，安徽和县人，信息融合与目标信息处理领域的专家。1982年获浙江大学电子系学士学位，1984年获硕士学位。1990年和1992年获得美国康涅狄格大学电子工程专业硕士和博士学位。2002年任新奥尔良大学教授、信息与系统实验室主任；2003年起任新奥尔良大学University Research Professor，电机工程系主任。曾任国际信息融合学会主席。
